- Acceptance of Terms By participating in the event organized by Talnet, MixCommerce, and The Startup Folks (referred to as “the Event”), you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. These Terms govern your participation in both online and offline aspects of the Event.

- Online and Offline Event a. Event Format: The Event will be conducted both online and offline. Participants attending the offline event must follow all instructions and guidelines provided by the organizers for a safe and inclusive experience.
b. Event Content: The Event may include presentations, workshops, discussions, and networking sessions. Photographs, videos, and information may be captured during the Event for communication, presentation, and promotional purposes.

- Disclaimer of Liability a. Event Changes: The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the Event schedule, speakers, content, or format at any time without prior notice. No refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.
b. Indemnity: Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Talnet, MixCommerce, The Startup Folks, and their respective organizers, speakers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of participation in the Event.
c. Third-Party Links: The Event may include links to third-party websites or resources. Talnet, MixCommerce, and The Startup Folks are not responsible for the availability, content, or accuracy of such external sites and resources.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Event is conducted. Any disputes arising from or related to the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
- Severability If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
